Your use of the Site is subject to these Terms & Conditions along with any specific terms and conditions set forth on the individual pages within this Site (collectively, the “Terms & Conditions”) and all applicable laws and regulations, including those regarding copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property rights.

General / Ownership

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the content included on the Site, including but not limited to text, software, photographs, images, graphics, illustrations, artwork, video, music, sound, and names, logos, trademarks and service marks, are the property of VigliVillas or its licensors or suppliers. This content is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. No right, title, or interest to the content is granted by your use of the Site, other than a right to review the content using a conventional Internet browser to conduct ordinary web browsing. All other uses, including making copies of any content on the Site, are strictly prohibited. You may not modify, reproduce, retransmit, distribute, disseminate, sell, publish, broadcast or circulate any such material for any purpose other than personal, non-commercial use (or legitimate activities of a travel agent or travel professional) without VigliVillas’s written permission. Except for non-commercial individual private use, the downloading, reproduction, or retransmission of the Site (or any part of its content) is strictly prohibited.

You may only use the services of this Site if you are at least 18 years of age and can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. The services of the Site are not intended for and should not be used by minors. Please note that additional terms and conditions may apply to reservations, purchases, transactions, uses, or activities that may occur on or through this Site. You agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions and any such applicable additional terms and conditions.

Unless otherwise noted, all content on this Site is the copyrighted property of VigliVillas or its affiliates or licensors. All content of this Site is protected by Greek copyright laws as well as the applicable laws of other jurisdictions.

BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

Confirmation of your booking. Bookings will be confirmed upon receipt email by us of the completed Booking Confirmation Form and your payment of 25% deposit. The deposit is non refundable.
Payments. The 75% balance must be paid in full 6 weeks prior to your arrival date at the Villa. If for any reason payments are not received, or not cleared by our bank, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and keep the deposit due subject to the cancellation terms. Payment is accepted by a bank transfer in Euros. There is an option of handing over the balance the day of arrival after a previous common agreement.
Rental Price. Your Rental Price is fully inclusive of twice per week cleaning, linen and bathroom towels, departure clean and normal expected usage of electricity (including air-conditioning/heating) and water.
Cancellation. If you need to cancel your booking, the signatory on the Booking Confirmation Form must put the cancellation notification in writing, cancellation will take effect the day we receive this. The cancellation of your Rental period will affect the bookings, in terms that is less likely to be able to re-sell the dates, therefore the deposit is non refundable.
Insurance. We would strongly recommend that all members of your party take out adequate travel insurance to cover you for the period of your holiday. We are unable to accept responsibility for any aspect of your holiday arrangements beyond our control – for example but not limited to: illness, natural disaster, and act of God. We accept no responsibility for loss of or damage to your personal belongings, personal liability or other insurable losses.
Directions. A map and directions to the Villa will be sent to you by e-mail 3 weeks prior to your arrival date. A map also can be found in the following link under the Getting to the Villa section.
Keys. We will meet you at the Villa with a set of keys. The keys must be returned to us or left in the house on your departure.
Guests. The Villa is designed to accommodate up to 6 guests in comfort, and is reserved solely for the named guests on the Booking Confirmation Form. Sub-letting or assignment of the booking / part booking to others is not permitted, nor is accommodation of any guest not named on the Booking Confirmation Form. We expressly do not accept bookings of more than 6 guests. Non-compliance will result in cancellation and forfeiture of all payments.
Arrival and departure. Unless otherwise agreed in advance, rental periods are: Arrival after 14.00 and Departure by 10.00. Adequate time is needed for us to fully prepare the Villa to our standards prior to your arrival, therefore you are politely requested not to arrive at the Villa earlier than the agreed time.
Pool / House Towels. There are pool towels provided. The Villa towels provided are for bathroom use only.
Smoking / Pets. Smoking and pets are NOT permitted in the Villa.
Health, Safety and Security. You are responsible for your own health and safety during your stay, and we will not be responsible for any accident or injury arising from your use of the Villa. You are requested to ensure that you fully secure the Villa whenever leaving the property.
Villa Manager. The Villa is managed on our behalf by us who will have prepared the Villa for your arrival, and will visit at least once during your stay. Access must be allowed at all reasonable times to carry out pool cleaning, linen change, cleaning etc. Kindly report any accidental damage immediately, so that repairs can be arranged without delay.
During your stay. Instruction manuals and information are provided in the Villa to help you settle in and enjoy a luxury home from home.
